About Fran Allain:

In her work with the Department of Resources and Development, Fran counsels companies with hopes of preventing layoffs. Aside from helping with operational issues, I work with the managers and HR staff to gain insight to what they can expect from the employees during these difficult times and how to manage and communicate during crisis, and how to regain trust and loyalty of the remaining transitional workforce (should a layoff be necessary).
